Twaddlers Program in Elmont, NY — Ages 1 to 2

For newly walking, newly talking little ones.

Twaddlers is the step between Nursery and preschool, for children ages 1 to 2 who are on the move and starting to use words.

The program focuses on short, predictable routines that help toddlers feel secure while they practice doing things for themselves.

Enrollment is full-time. Placement and availability vary by location and are confirmed by our office.

What children learn and experience

  • Supports first words, names, and simple requests
  • Supports walking, climbing, and other big-muscle development
  • Supports sharing space and taking turns with guidance
  • Supports comfort with a predictable daily rhythm

Our approach

Loving Childcare is a Christian, curriculum-based program. Children learn letters, numbers, and kindness together, with Bible-based character lessons woven through the day.
